How to ensure the sealing of pipeline connection during Installation of industrial cooler?

1. Choose appropriate sealing materials and connection methods
Sealing materials: According to the medium, temperature, pressure and other conditions of the pipeline system, choose appropriate sealing materials, such as rubber gaskets, PTFE gaskets, graphite gaskets, etc. These materials should have good sealing, corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance.
Connection methods: Common pipeline connection methods include welding, flange connection, clamp connection, etc. When choosing a connection method, the specific needs of the pipeline system and the convenience of operation should be considered. For example, flange connection is often used in high-pressure refrigeration systems because of its good sealing, strong pressure bearing capacity and convenient disassembly and maintenance.
2. Strictly abide by installation specifications and operating procedures
Before installing the Installation of industrial cooler, you should carefully familiarize yourself with the design drawings and technical requirements, and clarify the direction, connection method and process requirements of the pipeline system. Ensure that all pipes, pipe fittings, valves and other materials are of qualified quality and free of damage or defects. According to the requirements of the design drawings, accurately measure the length, angle and position of the pipeline to ensure the accuracy and consistency of the pipeline connection.
Before connection, the pipes and connectors should be cleaned and pre-treated to remove impurities such as oil and rust to ensure the cleanliness and dryness of the connection surface.
3. Adopt appropriate sealing measures
Gasket installation: In flange connection, the gasket should be installed correctly and ensure that the gasket fits tightly with the flange sealing surface without deflection or wrinkles.
Thread sealing: For threaded connection, suitable sealing materials (such as raw tape, sealant, etc.) should be applied to the threads to increase the sealing. At the same time, it should be ensured that the thread tightening force is moderate to avoid damage or loosening of the sealing material due to over-tightening and leakage.
Welding sealing: In welding connection, the weld quality should be ensured to be good without defects such as cracks and slag inclusions. At the same time, the weld should be treated as necessary (such as grinding, pickling, etc.) to improve the sealing and corrosion resistance of the weld.
4. Carry out inspection and debugging
Pressure test: After the pipeline connection is completed, a pressure test should be carried out to check the sealing. The presence of leakage can be determined by applying a certain pressure to the pipeline system and observing the changes in the pressure gauge reading.
Sealing check: After the pressure test, the pipe joints should also be checked for sealing. Soapy water or other leak detection agents can be applied to the joints and observed to see if bubbles are generated to determine whether the sealing is good.
Debugging and operation: After confirming that the pipe connection is sealed, debugging and operation can be performed to check the overall performance and stability of the cooling system. During the debugging process, attention should be paid to observing the system operation and whether the various parameter indicators meet the design requirements.
