How to scientifically maintain a stainless steel negative pressure fan?

1. Maintenance of the power system
Check the grounding status of the stainless steel negative pressure fan motor every month, and use a multimeter to detect the insulation resistance. If the main circuit contact is worn to 1/3 of the original thickness, it needs to be replaced to avoid short circuit caused by poor contact. Clean the dust on the motor heat sink regularly to prevent excessive temperature rise due to poor heat dissipation. Coastal areas need to spray additional moisture-proof coating.

2. Maintenance of fluid parts
Check the surface cracks and dust accumulation of the stainless steel negative pressure fan impeller, use a wire brush to remove rust, and use ultrasonic cleaning for stubborn stains. After maintenance, it needs to be corrected with a portable dynamic balancing instrument. If the fan blade is found to be deformed or broken, stop the machine immediately and replace it. During installation, assemble it according to the original mark to ensure pneumatic symmetry and reduce vibration and noise.
Clean the oil on the surface of the shutter every week, and manually test the opening and closing angles. If the resistance is too large, replace the spring hinge or lubricate the guide rail.

3. Structural protection and environmental adaptation
Check the preload of the bolts of the stainless steel negative pressure fan bracket every day, and install rubber vibration damping pads in the long-term vibration area. When used in coastal or chemical plant environments, epoxy zinc-rich primer should be sprayed on stainless steel welds and joints every six months to prevent chloride ion stress corrosion cracking.
Drain the cooling water when shutting down in winter in the north to prevent ice and cracking of the pipeline; the electric heating dehumidification module needs to be turned on in the rainy season in the south to keep the motor winding humidity ≤60%.

4. Consumable replacement and economic planning
The belt of the stainless steel negative pressure fan should be checked every 6-12 months, and replaced when the crack depth is greater than 1mm or the elongation is greater than 3%, and the tightness should be adjusted to sink 10-15mm when pressed by the thumb. The filter is replaced according to the pressure difference alarm, and the stainless steel primary filter can be acid-washed and reused to save costs.
