How to ensure the sealing of the system when installing the Installation of Industrial Cooler?

1. Choose the right sealing material
Corrosion resistance: According to the working environment and medium characteristics of the Installation of Industrial Cooler, choose sealing materials with good corrosion resistance. These materials should be able to resist possible corrosion factors such as cooling medium, air or water.
High temperature resistance: Ensure that the sealing material can still maintain good sealing performance in a high temperature environment to avoid sealing failure caused by temperature increase.

3. Use appropriate detection methods
Soapy water or detergent water detection: Apply soapy water or detergent water to the connection parts and sealing rings to observe whether bubbles are generated. If bubbles are generated, it means that there is a leakage problem in this part, and measures need to be taken immediately to repair it.
Pressure test: After the system is installed, perform a pressure test to check the sealing performance of the system. By applying a certain pressure to the system, observe whether the system has leakage.

4. Regular inspection and maintenance
Wear inspection: Regularly check the wear of the sealing ring and the sealing gasket, and replace them in time if the wear is serious.
Connection surface inspection: Check the flatness, cleanliness and damage of the connection surface to ensure that the connection surface fits well.
Fastener inspection: Check the looseness of the fasteners, and tighten them in time if they are found to be loose.

Optimize design: From the design and manufacturing stage, we should focus on improving the sealing performance of industrial coolers. By optimizing the structural design, improving the manufacturing accuracy and adopting advanced sealing technology, we can ensure the sealing of the system from the source.
