How to comprehensively maintain and service the glass fiber reinforced plastic negative pressure fan to ensure its efficient and stable operation?

1. Daily inspection and maintenance
Regularly check whether the screws are loose:
Regularly check whether the screws of the motor frame, blades and other parts of the glass fiber reinforced negative pressure fan are loose. If they are loose, they should be tightened in time to prevent parts from falling off or abnormal noise.
Check the operation of the motor:
Observe whether the motor is running smoothly, whether it is slowing down, buffering start or excessive noise. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped for inspection and troubleshooting.
Check electrical components:
Regularly check the contact of electrical components such as wires, switches, relays, etc. inside the fan to ensure that the circuit is in good condition and there is no looseness or damage. At the same time, measure the insulation resistance between the fan casing and the motor winding to ensure that its value meets the requirements.
Keep clean:
Regularly clean the dust and debris on the fan surface and in the air duct to ensure that the air duct is unobstructed. You can use a soft brush or soft cloth to wipe it gently, and avoid using hard tools to avoid scratching the surface.

2. Lubrication and maintenance
Bearing lubrication:
Lubricate the fan bearing regularly, select appropriate lubricants and add them to the bearings according to the requirements of the user manual. Ensure that the amount of lubricant used is appropriate. Too much or too little will damage the bearings.
Check the bearing status:
Pay attention to whether the bearing has abnormal noise and excessive friction. If there is a problem, the bearing should be handled or replaced in time.

3. Professional maintenance and safety protection
Seek professional support:
For equipment with high precision requirements or complex faults, it is recommended that professionals perform maintenance and repairs. They have rich experience and expertise to ensure that the repair process is safe and efficient, and will not damage the equipment.
Power-off operation:
Before performing any maintenance work, be sure to cut off the power supply and hang up a "No Closing" warning sign to prevent electric shock accidents.
Personal protection:
Operators should wear protective equipment such as safety helmets and gloves, and comply with relevant operating procedures to ensure personal safety.

4. Other precautions
Avoid reverse rotation:
GRP negative pressure fans are prohibited from rotating in the opposite direction to avoid damaging the fan. During the trial operation or normal use, the rotation direction of the impeller should be observed to be correct.
Check fasteners:
Regularly check whether the fasteners of the fan are loose or damaged. If so, they should be replaced or tightened in time.
Seasonal maintenance:
During the snowy or freezing period in winter, the fan needs to be started frequently to prevent heavy snow from blocking the fan outlet. At the same time, check the anti-condensation performance of the fan to ensure that the air duct will not drip due to condensation and affect normal production.
Long-term shutdown processing:
The fan that has been out of service for a long time should be re-checked according to the debugging method before it can be put into normal operation. During the shutdown period, dust and moisture protection should be done well.
